We Had a Blast at the Parade!
GCSA was proud to be part of the Linton Freedom Festival Parade—Indiana’s biggest 4th of July parade! Our float was a total hit (even though we definitely ran out of candy a little too soon
).
Huge THANK YOUs to the amazing folks who made it happen:
-
Seth Baker for driving the float!
-
Chris Childress for lending us the trailer!
-
Brad Norton for donating the straw bales (which will now help us seed the bare spots on our fields!)
-
Kerri Waskom for decorating the float and making it look fantastic!
-
Dr. Stoner for bringing the energy and those awesome flags the kids waved—a perfect finishing touch to celebrate freedom!
And of course, a big shoutout to all the players and families who walked or rode with us—you brought the spirit, the smiles, and made it so much fun to represent GCSA together!
We’re thrilled with how it all turned out and so happy to represent our club and community in such a special way. If you caught us rolling by, tag us in your photos and posts—we’d love to see them!
